Most
Printer errors are caused by documents remaining in the Print Log and no new
printing can occur until the unprinted documents are removed.
Here
is how to clear the Log.
Look
for the small printer picture on the Task Bar. You may have to click the arrow
up symbol to make it show. Double click the Printer picture.
This
screen will come on your screen.
Highlight
the document line and Click Document and Cancel.
