On the Computer with the Cards to be Copied from:
Click
the File Explorer Folder on the Task Bar.
In
the left Pane, locate under “This PC”, “Documents”, open the “Cards 16” folder
and determine that the Card(s) to print are in the folder.
In
the left Pane place the arrow of the Mouse on the highlighted “Cards 16” folder
and Right Click “Copy”.
Place
the Flash Drive from the Printer in a USB port in the computer and the drive
should show in the left pane and open.
Place
the Mouse “Arrow/ Hand” on the Flash Drive line in the left Pane and Right
Click “Paste”. The file will show in the right side window
.
To
safely remove the Flash Drive click the little flash drive picture on the Task
Bar and the notice to select will show to pick the Drive and the safely take it
out.
On the Computer with the Cards to be Copied to for Printing
(Lt1 or LT17):
With
the Computer at the “Desktop”.
Put
the Flash Drive in a USB port. It should open to the same look as above.
Double
click on the Card 16 Folder to open.
Double
click on the Icon of the Card to Print (Hallmark) will open.
Print
the cards desired from the Flash Drive Folder “Cards 16 folder normally.
When
done, close the Hallmark program, Right click on the Cards 16 Folder on the
Left Pane and “Delete” it from the Flash Drive.
Safely
remove the drive.
